In the unlikely circumstance that you are not satisfied with your product due to any damage or defect on arrival please do get in touch. We will be happy to offer a refund provided that the faulty item is reported upon delivery and then returned to us within 14 working days. 

We aim to have all items delivered within 3-5 working days (UK delivery) and 7-14 working days (International delivery).
